how do i unsubscribe to the 360 option while retaining all other aspects of my membership?
Q. yahoo you should know that your package deals suck... i do NOT want yahoo to send me little boxes that tell me about messages waiting... i do not want you to run your own antipopup or anti spam or any other programs without my express individual and specific approval in advance. and you need to provde clear easy to find instructions on how to opt out whenever it is possible to do so, to tell folks before they signup for something if they can not then sign back out from it easily... and you need to provide more options.so we can each individualize our own accounts (i am not telling you to stop the ads - you need to earn money with this stuff too, i know... but this is one customer who is becoming frustrated enough to quit you altogether… [cont.]

A. Unfortunately, you cannot completely delete a Yahoo! 360 account. It's linked to your primary Yahoo! ID. If you want to delete your Yahoo! ID, visit this link: https://edit.yahoo.com/co nfig/delete_user If you want to keep your Yahoo! ID for things like Mail, IM, Answers, etc. then you'll need to hide your 360. There are a few different ways to do this, 1) Select the "Settings" option at the upper right of your 360 page and change all of you settings to 'Private'. This hides the majority of your content, if someone stumbles onto your page. 2) Perform option #1 and then select the first "Display Me As" option on the Settings page. Now your profile doesn't link to your 360 page. Also, UNcheck the "Activate Simple URL" setting and the "Fr [cont.]
